School is one of the most familiar settings from our lives, and dream settings tend to come from familiar places. A continuity reading links school dreams with being in a learning or testing phase, with hierarchies and belonging, or with old classmates who stand for a time of life. Getting lost in the corridors or missing a class often mirrors current worries about keeping up.
